Original Paintings All original paintings are final sale. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product photos and dimensions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a piece before buying, contact us at ricsartshop@yahoo.com — we're happy to help.

Canvas Prints & Print-on-Demand Items Canvas prints, mugs, stickers, and accessories are produced to order through our print fulfillment partner. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ricsartshop@yahoo.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier and work to make it right.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at ricsartshop@yahoo.com. After 24 hours, orders may already be in production or fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
