Return Policy
Original Artworks
All original paintings are final sale. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original art, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Prints & Print-on-Demand Products
Prints are produced to order and are non-refundable unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement at no charge.
We do not accept returns due to color variation between screen displays and printed output, as this is inherent to the printing process.
General
- Items must be in original, undamaged condition to be eligible for any return consideration.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
- To initiate a return or report an issue, contact us with your order number and photos.
Disclaimers
Color & Reproduction
Colors in photographs and digital representations of original artworks may vary from the actual piece due to monitor calibration, lighting, and photographic conditions. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee an exact color match.
Print Products
Print-on-demand products are fulfilled by a third-party partner (Printify). Slight variations in color, texture, or sizing may occur between orders.
Artwork Authenticity
All original works are created by Rick Schiano and are one-of-a-kind unless otherwise noted. Certificates of authenticity are available upon request.
Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
